Abitibi Metals Uncovers New Zinc-Silver Mineralization in Quebec
Abitibi Metals Corp. (AMQ:CSE; AMQFF:OTCMKTS; FW0:FRA) has reported new zinc-silver mineralization at its B26 project in Quebec, including a 14.25-meter interval grading 1.13% Zn and 51.51 g/t Ag.
The company's recent regional drill program identified multiple potential targets with characteristics similar to the main B26 deposit, which hosts copper-gold-zinc-silver mineralization.
Analyst Pierre Vaillancourt of Haywood Capital Markets described the new intercepts as providing encouragement for the property's regional potential while remaining inconclusive at this early stage. He maintained a Buy rating and CA$1.50 price target but classified the stock as Very High Risk, noting that further drilling will be required to define stronger mineralization.
