Aeris Resources Surges on Higher Copper and Gold Prices, FY27 Outlook Bright
Aeris Resources has reported a strong FY26 performance, driven by higher copper and gold prices. The company's revenue rose 22% to $702.8 million, while EBITDA increased 81% to $290 million. Net profit after tax surged 295% to $178.5 million, aided by the first-time recognition of tax losses.
The improved financial performance was underpinned by a significant increase in operating cash flow, which more than doubled to $275.6 million. Cash and cash equivalents jumped to $164.9 million, while net assets climbed 89% to $599.5 million.
The company's Tritton revenue grew on a 19% lift in copper output to 23.0kt, while Cracow revenue rose due to stronger gold prices. This collectively contributed to adjusted EBITDA of $318.2 million and set up Aeris for continued performance and growth in FY27.
