Agricultural Markets Close Out July on a Mixed Note
The agricultural markets are experiencing mixed results on the final day of July. As of this morning, December corn is down by 2.75 cents and November soybeans have increased by 3.5 cents.
September wheat futures for Kansas City, Chicago, and Minneapolis have all declined in value: KC wheat is down 12.25 cents, Chicago wheat is down 14.75 cents, and Minneapolis wheat is down 10.75 cents.
The USDA announced an additional export sale of new crop soybeans at 9.3 million bushels on Friday morning. The market remains quiet as traders adjust their positions ahead of the weekend and next month's trading.
