AgroGeneration Completes Early Harvest Campaign Amid War-Related Risks
AgroGeneration, a Ukrainian producer of grain and oilseed crops, has provided an update on its current operating performance. As of August 2026, the company had completed the harvesting campaign for early crops, with a total harvested area of approximately 11,500 hectares.
The preliminary total harvested net volume was around 46.8 thousand tons. The group's main production assets are located in regions where war-related risks remain significant and continue to impact operations.
Among the early crops harvested were winter wheat, which saw a notable increase in yield compared to the previous year, with an average net yield of approximately 4.6 tons per hectare, more than 50% higher than in 2025.
The quality of the winter wheat harvested in 2026 declined compared to the previous year, with only around 16% classified as food-grade. The company also experimented with reintroducing winter barley and rapeseed into its crop portfolio for the first time in recent years, achieving yields of approximately 4.3 tons per hectare and 2.3 tons per hectare respectively.
