Americas Gold and Silver Sees Revenue Jump 71% Amid Higher Metal Prices
Americas Gold and Silver Corp. (AMEX:USAS) reported second-quarter results, maintaining its full-year production guidance despite an earnings miss.
The company's revenue jumped 71% year over year to $46 million, driven by higher realized metal prices. However, this fell short of the consensus estimate of $69.61 million.
Adjusted EBITDA improved to $12 million from a loss of $4.1 million in the same period last year, primarily due to stronger silver prices.
The company maintained its full-year silver production guidance of 3.2 million to 3.6 million ounces and expects all-in sustaining costs (AISC) to be between $30 and $35 per silver ounce sold.
