Americas Gold and Silver Sees Revenue Surge in Q2 2026
Americas Gold and Silver (USAS) reported a significant increase in revenue for Q2 2026, driven by higher realized silver prices and improved metallurgical recoveries at the Cosala Operations. The company's revenue reached $46.3 million, a 71% increase from $27.0 million in the same period last year.
The strong performance at the Cosala mine contributed to the overall growth, with production increasing by 26% year over year. Silver equivalent production also rose to 801,000 ounces, including lead, copper, and antimony byproducts.
Americas Gold and Silver's net loss narrowed to $5.0 million, or $0.02 per share, compared to a net loss of $15.1 million in the same period last year. Adjusted EBITDA improved to $12.0 million, representing an increase from an adjusted EBITDA loss of $4.1 million in the prior-year quarter.
The company's all-in sustaining costs (AISC) decreased to $40.63 per silver ounce sold for the quarter and $37.00 per ounce for the first six months of 2026. Americas Gold and Silver remains on track to meet its 2026 production targets, with management expecting production to be weighted towards the second half of the year.
