Amerigo Announces Third 2026 Performance Dividend
Amerigo Resources Ltd., the Vancouver-based company that produces copper and molybdenum concentrates in Chile, has declared its third and largest performance dividend of 2026. The board of directors announced a taxable dividend of Cdn$0.21 per share, payable on October 14, 2026, to shareholders of record on September 21, 2026.
The company's president and CEO, Aurora Davidson, said the declaration reflects solid year-to-date operational and financial results, allowing Amerigo to return cash generated above its operating and strategic requirements. This is part of the company's Capital Return Strategy, which aims to maintain a strong, debt-free balance sheet through copper price cycles.
The performance dividend brings the total yield for 2026 to Cdn$0.55 per share, representing an 8.6% yield based on Amerigo's most recent closing share price of Cdn$8.28 on September 11, 2026.
