Antam Gold Price Plummets by IDR 36,000 in Friday's Trading
The gold price of PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk (ANTM), or Antam, plummeted in Friday's trading. According to Logam Mulia, the Antam gold price today dropped by IDR 36,000 to IDR 2,664,000 per gram.
The buyback price of Antam gold also fell by IDR 36,000 to IDR 2,510,000 per gram. On January 1, 2026, the Antam gold price was at IDR 2,488,000 per gram, while its all-time high (ATH) was recorded on January 29, 2026 at IDR 3,168,000 per gram.
Under Finance Ministry Regulation No. 34/PMK.10/2017, the sale of gold bars back to Antam worth more than IDR 10 million is subject to Article 22 Income Tax (PPh) of 1.5% for taxpayers with a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and 3% for those without an NPWP.
