Aramco Surges on Record Profits Amid Middle East Tensions
Saudi Aramco, the world's largest corporate crude oil producer, reported a significant surge in profits for the second quarter of 2026. The company announced an adjusted net income of $33.4 billion, representing a 33% increase year-over-year.
This marks a substantial rise from the previous year and brings total earnings for the first half of 2026 to $67.2 billion. Cash flow from operating activities reached $25.4 billion in the quarter and $56.2 billion in the first half of the year.
Aramco President and CEO Amin Nasser attributed the company's performance to its workforce resilience and agility in responding to changing market conditions.
