Archrock Earnings Ahead as Investors Eye LNG Demand
Archrock is set to release its second-quarter earnings on Tuesday, with investors eager to see if the natural gas compression provider can capitalize on rising liquefied natural gas (LNG) demand and deliver on promises from its recent acquisition.
The company has a track record of impressive growth, with revenue up 23% and diluted earnings per share surging 54% over the past year. Analysts expect Archrock to post earnings of 46 cents a share on revenue of $393.3 million for the quarter ended June, representing year-over-year growth of 28% and 3%, respectively.
The LNG compression market is expanding rapidly, driven by increased natural gas production, expanded LNG trade, and developments in gas infrastructure. Archrock's acquisition of Natural Gas Compression Systems in May 2025 has added 351,000 horsepower to its fleet and expanded its electric motor drive compression capabilities, positioning it for growing demand for lower-carbon solutions.
Investors will be watching closely for signs that Archrock is capturing the surge in LNG-related compression demand, as liquefied natural gas supply is expected to play a key role in rebalancing global gas markets in 2026. Margin performance will also be scrutinized, with analysts looking for evidence of pricing power and operational leverage driving further expansion as utilization improves.
