Arizona Gas Prices Fall Amid Seasonal Decline in Demand
Gas prices in Queen Creek and across Arizona have dropped as crude oil prices fell and optimism about the Strait of Hormuz returned. According to AAA Arizona, gas prices in Queen Creek decreased by 7 cents over the past week, settling at $4.42 a gallon. This decline follows a typical seasonal trend as demand decreases with the onset of fall routines.
AAA Mountain West Group spokesperson Aldo Vazquez noted that Arizonans are still paying about $1.19 more per gallon than they were this time last year. However, gas prices often begin to decrease during this period due to lower demand.
