Artemis Gold has started major works construction on its EP2 growth project at the Blackwater Mine in central British Columbia, Canada. The project is progressing ahead of schedule and on budget.

The early works program for EP2 commenced in January 2026 and has made significant progress with engineering and procurement advancing well, all long lead equipment ordered, and site clearing and bulk earthworks for the processing plant expansion moving ahead of plan.

Artemis Gold has secured supply assurances from BC Hydro that ensure the continued supply of low-cost renewable hydropower at the expanded throughput capacity.

The company is also implementing a gold price put strategy to derisk expected revenue from gold sales during the EP2 capital spend period by purchasing put options on 172,500 ounces of gold at a strike price of C$5,300/oz. This provides downside gold price protection without giving up any gold price upside.
