The stock opened at ₹691 per share, up from its previous close of ₹662.80 on Tuesday. Meanwhile, benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty plummeted as escalating tensions in West Asia drove crude oil prices near $100 per barrel.
Astec Lifesciences clarified in a recent exchange filing that they have been diligently disseminating information required by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company stated that there are no developments requiring mandatory disclosure under these regulations.
The firm reported a consolidated total income of ₹84.3 crore in Q1FY27, down from ₹91.6 crore in Q1FY26. Despite the decline in income, the company saw an improvement in operating performance, with consolidated EBITDA standing at ₹0.1 crore in Q1FY27, compared to a negative EBITDA of ₹10.5 crore in Q1FY26.
