ASX Set for Higher Open as Commodities Surge
The Australian share market is expected to open higher today, following a stronger finish on Wall Street and gains in commodities such as oil and gold.
The ASX is set to rise by 41 points or 0.5%, after a difficult fortnight for Australian equities marked by elevated oil prices and concerns about US bond markets.
Reporting season will remain the focus, with several companies scheduled to release results today, including PLS, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Ampol, and Reece.
