Azerbaijan Ready to Supply Gas to Ukraine Amid Energy Security Concerns

Azerbaijan has expressed its readiness to supply natural gas to Ukraine, citing the country's existing exports of gas to 16 countries around the world. The announcement was made by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov during an official visit to Kyiv on August 6.

According to Bayramov, Azerbaijan currently supplies gas to 12 European countries, and would be happy to supply gas to Ukraine as well if necessary.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister also emphasized that cooperation between Kyiv and Baku could extend beyond energy supplies, with the potential for collaboration on strengthening energy security in the broader region.
