Azerbaijan's Azeri Light Oil Price Falls Below Budget Benchmark

The price of Azerbaijan's Azeri Light crude oil has dropped by $1.42 per barrel, or 1.51%, to $92.55 on the world market.

Azerbaijan's state budget for 2026 is based on an average oil price of $65 per barrel, which puts the current Azeri Light price significantly above the benchmark.

The decline in price comes as October futures for Brent crude are trading at $92.06 per barrel.
