Azerbaijan's Green Energy Exports to Europe Advance Amid Global Crisis

Azerbaijan's green energy export to Europe is advancing through three key projects, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar told Trend in an interview.

The minister noted that Azerbaijan is a strategic partner for Europe in natural gas supplies and plays a vital role in the continent's energy security. The country currently supplies natural gas to 16 different states.

Bayraktar emphasized that the parties are implementing major regional projects in electricity and renewable energy, with plans to apply the model established in energy exports to the green energy sector as well.
