The latest gold prices in Bangladesh have been updated by BAJUS (Bangladesh Jewellers Association) as of August 10, 2026. The rates for 22-carat, 21-carat, and 18-carat gold are Tk234,038 per bhori, Tk223,541 per bhori, and Tk191,931 per bhori respectively.

One bhori is equivalent to 11.664 grams, which means the listed rate for 22-carat gold translates to approximately Tk20,065 per gram.

It's essential to note that these metal rates do not include making charges and a 5% VAT, which apply separately to the final amount a customer pays.

BAJUS has attributed the recent changes in local market prices to fluctuations in the international bullion market, taka-dollar exchange rate, or local supply conditions.
