Baker Hughes Boosts Forecasts After $13.6 Billion Chart Acquisition

Baker Hughes, a US oilfield services provider, has raised its full-year forecasts following its acquisition of Chart Industries for $13.6 billion in July.

The company expects revenue to be between $28.50 billion and $30.30 billion in 2026, up from its previous forecast of $26.65 billion to $28.05 billion.

Baker Hughes CEO Lorenzo Simonelli also expressed optimism about liquefied natural gas (LNG) markets, stating that the company sees 'improving visibility toward an LNG order recovery as we move into 2027.'
