Bangladesh Buys LNG Cargo from Aramco Trading Singapore
The Cabinet Committee on Government Purchase in Bangladesh has approved a proposal to buy one cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Aramco Trading Singapore Pte Ltd under a government-to-government arrangement.
The LNG will be supplied on August 11-12 at a price of $21.55 per MMBtu, according to a press release by the Cabinet Division.
The approval came during the eighth meeting of the Cabinet Committee for FY27, chaired by Finance Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury.
