Bangladesh Govt to Buy LNG from Aramco Trading Singapore

The Bangladesh government has approved a proposal to purchase one cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from Aramco Trading Singapore Pte Ltd at $21.55 per MMBtu.

The LNG will be supplied on August 11-12, according to the Cabinet Division's press release issued today.

The decision was made at the eighth meeting of the Cabinet Committee for FY27, chaired by Finance Minister Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury.
