The first operation is a R$50 million loan under the BNDES Mais Inovação program, directed to Neomille, the group's corn ethanol and co-products subsidiary. The funds will be used to purchase machinery, equipment, and technological services.

The second operation, worth R$100 million, is intended for the acquisition of capital goods, including industrial and agricultural equipment. Neomille and CerradinhoBio will use the resources under the same innovation program.
