Bonterra Energy Hits Record Production, Boosts Guidance Amid Strong Q2 Results
Bonterra Energy Corp., a Calgary-based oil and gas producer, has reported its financial and operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026. The company delivered record quarterly production of 16,828 barrels of oil equivalent (BOE) per day and funds flow of $32.9 million ($0.88 per fully diluted share). Three Charlie Lake wells were brought online, including two successful step-out wells that validated recently acquired acreage, expanded the Company's future drilling inventory, and supported an increase to its second-half production and capital program guidance.
The company also completed a strategic tuck-in acquisition, which increased Bonterra's working interest in its core Bonanza Charlie Lake position to 100%, accelerating future development of the asset.
