Brazil Soybean Exports Poised to Reach New Heights
Brazil's soybean exports are expected to reach a record-breaking 7.74 million metric tons in September, according to the first monthly shipment forecast released by grain exporters' association Anec.
This would be an increase of about 760,000 tons from the same month last year, with soybean meal shipments also on track to set new records at 2.6 million metric tons in September.
However, Brazilian corn exports are expected to post another year-on-year decline in September, falling to 5.2 million metric tons from nearly 7 million tons in the same month last year.
