Brent Crude Futures Surge to Six-Week High

Oil prices have reached a six-week high, driven by Brent crude futures rising to $97.31 per barrel on Monday.

Brent crude futures increased by $1.03, or 1.1%, after hitting a high of $98.06, the highest level since July 24.

US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude also climbed, reaching its highest level in six weeks at $92.65 per barrel, up from $91.48.
