Bullish Dow Jones Futures Face Oil Price Volatility Headwinds

The Dow Jones futures are poised for a cautiously bullish start to Monday's trading session. Despite a pullback on Friday, the broader rally continues, driven by solid company earnings and investments in artificial intelligence.

The S&P 500 index is near its all-time highs, while tech stocks remain key drivers of the Nasdaq. However, high oil prices and geopolitical risks may cause sharp swings in the market.

SanDisk led the memory bounce last week, surging 35.4% to $1,641.11 on product and long-term guidance enhancements. Micron Technology is up 10.7%, while Nvidia rallied 0.5% after an 11.8% gain in the previous week.

Inflation remains a key element for stocks, with recent statistics showing a slowdown in annual consumer prices growth to 3.4%. However, core CPI rose by 2.5% year on year, indicating that inflation is still above the Fed's target of 2%.
