The prospectus includes plans for a floating liquefied natural gas terminal on the B.C. coast, a high-speed rail line between Edmonton and Calgary, and a pipeline from Alberta to the Pacific Ocean. The government is also pitching investments in clean energy, mining, and advanced manufacturing.
The document highlights projects such as the $57-billion expansion of the Port of Churchill, the $35-billion West Coast oil pipeline, and the Ksi Lisims LNG terminal project worth $28.5 billion. These pitches aim to attract investors at a time of trade upheaval and geopolitical uncertainty.
