Canada Needs More Oil Export Pipelines, Investor Warns

Eric Nuttall, an experienced energy investor, recently testified before the House of Commons standing committee on natural resources.

Nuttall stressed that oil demand is still rising and supply is struggling to keep up. He pointed out that U.S. shale growth is peaking, non-OPEC production is declining, and OPEC has limited spare capacity.

Nuttall argued that Canada should capitalize on its position as a major oil producer, stating that the country has 'nothing to apologize for' given its high environmental standards and large reserves.
