CBOT Corn Futures Decline on Improved US Weather Outlook
CBOT corn futures declined on Wednesday as traders anticipated better weather conditions for U.S. crops.
The decrease in prices was due to a reduction in crop condition rating by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which followed hot and dry weather across the Midwest region.
December corn futures on the Chicago Board of Trade fell 3-1/2 cents to $4.77 per bushel, with overall corn prices dropping between 3 and 5 cents.
