Centerra Gold Soars 12.1% on Upgraded Guidance and Strong Q2 Results

The company reported a net income of $72.12 million in the second quarter of 2026, along with sales totaling $442.71 million. This improvement was driven by higher full-year gold production guidance, which now stands at 260,000 to 290,000 ounces, and confirmation that it is on track to meet its copper production goals.
Centerra Gold also demonstrated a commitment to capital returns and financial flexibility through the payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share, ongoing share buybacks totaling $72.2 million, and expanded credit capacity.
