Chennai Gold Price Drops by Rs 120 on August 10

The price of gold in Chennai dropped by Rs 120 per sovereign on August 10. The current rate is at Rs 1,11,600 per sovereign and Rs 13,950 per gram.

This decrease is a result of the metal's price dropping from Rs 15 per gram compared to its previous value. On August 8, the gold was priced at Rs 1,11,720 per sovereign and Rs 13,965 per gram for 22-carat gold.

Silver prices remain unchanged on August 10 and are still selling at Rs 250 per gram (Rs 2,50,000 per kg).
