Chennai Gold Prices Drop ₹45 Per Gram for 22K and 18K Gold

The latest market update from MJDTA has brought about a decline in gold prices in Chennai. Both 22-carat and 18-carat gold have seen a drop of ₹45 per gram, while silver rates remain unchanged.

The current price of 22-carat gold is ₹14,125 per gram, with one sovereign (8 grams) costing ₹1,13,000. This represents a decrease from the previous rate.

The 18-carat gold price has also fallen by ₹45 per gram to ₹11,895 per gram.

Silver prices have remained steady at ₹250 per gram, or ₹2,50,000 per kg.
