Chicago Board of Trade Reports Price Movements in Corn, Soybean, and Livestock Futures

The Chicago Board of Trade reported price movements in various futures contracts on Friday, August 21. Corn futures saw an increase, with September rising by 4 cents to 4.83 and December up by 4 cents at 5.08.

Soybean futures also rose, with September gaining 5 cents to 12.25 and November increasing by 3 cents at 12.40.

Wheat futures experienced a mixed bag, with September rising by a quarter to 6.83 and December remaining steady at 7.00.

In the livestock sector, live cattle futures declined, with October down by 10 cents at 217.90 and December up by 10 cents at 218.37.

Feeder cattle futures also saw a decrease, with September dropping by 42 cents to 328.50 and October increasing by 40 cents at 323.10.
