Chicago Board of Trade Sees Significant Commodity Price Declines on July 27
The Chicago Board of Trade saw significant declines in futures prices for various commodities on July 27, 2026. Corn Futures saw September contracts down 13 at $4.51 and December contracts down 14 at $4.73. Soybean Futures also fell, with September contracts down 42 at $11.97 and November contracts down 42 at $12.11.
Wheat Futures declined as well, with September contracts down 20 at $6.58 and December contracts down 19 at $6.76. Live Cattle Futures saw October contracts down 420 at $218.30 and December contracts down 537 at $216.90. Feeder Cattle Futures also fell, with September contracts down 1017 at $331.27 and October contracts down 1075 at $325.25.
The Andersons at Hensall reported declines in crop prices for corn and soybeans, while Snobelen Farms shared similar data. The Ontario Pork Reports showed the U-S CME price up $0.49 from the previous day to $97.67 per hundredweight.
