Coast Copper Acquires Strategic Ground Near Copper Kettle Property
Coast Copper Corp., a British Columbia-focused mineral exploration company, has made significant strides in its Copper Kettle property. The company announced that it has acquired strategic ground adjacent to its 100% owned Copper Kettle property through an asset purchase agreement with an arms-length individual.
The acquisition was completed for $103,500, which consisted of issuing 300,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.345 Canadian per share. No cash consideration or exploration expenditure commitment is required as part of the deal.
In addition to the acquisition, Coast Copper has also made progress on its other properties in the Kootenay area and the Golden Triangle, BC. The company has completed field work on several of its non-core assets, including the Anyox Area projects, Toodoggone projects, Knob Hill NW property, Sully, Rock Canyon South, Rock Candy North properties, and Scottie West property.
The company's CEO, Adam Travis, commented that they are pleased to have added prospective ground on trend with their Copper Kettle property. They also mentioned that they intend to monetize selected non-core projects in a manner similar to past deals while maintaining their focus on advancing their flagship assets.
