Copper Futures Rise 0.31% on Higher Spot Demand
Copper futures rose significantly on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCE) due to higher spot demand. On August 11, copper contracts for August delivery increased by Rs 4.30, or 0.31%, to Rs 1,381.25 per kilogram in a business turnover of 1,380 lots.
Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants. This surge is a positive sign for the market, indicating increased investor confidence and demand for copper.
