Copper Futures Rise on Higher Demand and Bets
Copper futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange have seen a surge in prices due to higher spot demand. The September delivery contracts rose by 0.89% in a business turnover of 1,907 lots. This increase is attributed to higher bets by participants.
The price of copper futures has risen to Rs 1,390.70 per kg from the previous day's closing price. On Friday, the price increased by Rs 12.30 per kg.
