Copper Price Projections Get Transparent with MetalMiner's MCP Servers
MetalMiner has designed its MCP servers to provide accurate copper price projections by separating four key elements in a single structured request. The server returns a typed market-context object, which identifies the requested benchmark and its unit before presenting a value. This approach prevents an agent from treating an unavailable premium as zero or presenting a forecast as a current market price.
The server also ensures that each response is transparent by returning optional data separately from the exchange quote. For instance, if a request asks for 'copper prices', the server should not silently pick one exchange over another without explicit instruction.
MetalMiner's data environment supplies building blocks to keep workflows explicit, including catalogue discovery, current and historical pricing, unit and currency conversion, technical levels, comparative analysis, and forecast-capability discovery. The design challenge lies in preserving market definition throughout the response.
