Corn Futures Close Mixed Amid Divergent Regional Yields

Corn futures ended Tuesday's trading session mixed, with prices closing anywhere from 1.75 cents lower to one cent higher across various contracts.

The CmdtyView national average Cash Corn price fell by 1.75 cents to $4.35.5.

As the ProFarmer Crop Tour began on Monday, South Dakota corn yields averaged 149.09 bushels per acre, a decline of 14.41% from last year's figure and 8.37% below the three-year average.

In contrast, Ohio yields were down 2.97% from last year but still above the three-year average at 180.18 bushels per acre.
