Costco Jumps on Rising Oil Prices Bandwagon

Costco has raised its prices for Kirkland Signature full-synthetic motor oil and limited purchase quantities in response to rising global oil prices.

The wholesale club is now selling a two-pack of 5-quart motor oil for approximately $58, up from around $30 last year. Additionally, it's restricting weekly purchases to two boxes per customer.

Costco has also capped the purchase limit of Mobil 1's full-synthetic motor oil 1-quart six-pack at five units per membership.
