Costco Raises Kirkland Motor Oil Price Amid Soaring Oil Costs
Costco has raised the price of its exclusive Kirkland motor oil brand, increasing it to around $58 for a 5-quart two-pack. This is a significant jump from last year's price of approximately $30.
The wholesale club operator is also limiting purchases of this product to just two boxes per week.
This move comes as oil prices continue to climb due to ongoing tensions in the Middle East, with Brent crude reaching above $109 per barrel on Monday morning. The region's disruptions to oil supplies have led to a surge in global oil prices.
