Crude Oil Futures Jump on Global Trends, MCX Contracts Rise
Crude oil futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) surged by Rs 168 to Rs 9,885 per barrel on Tuesday, driven by positive global trends.
The price increase was observed in the September delivery contracts, with analysts attributing it to increased bets by participants.
Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude was up 2.01% at USD 103.43 per barrel, while Brent crude saw a 1.98% increase, trading at USD 107.77 per barrel in New York.
