Crude Oil Futures Soar on Strong Demand, Global Trends

Crude oil futures rose by 0.69% to ₹7,475 per barrel in futures trade on Monday, driven by firm spot demand and global cues.

The Multi Commodity Exchange saw crude oil for August delivery trading higher by ₹51 at ₹7,475 per barrel in 2,729 lots.

Analysts pointed out that participants increased their positions following the rise in demand, which kept crude oil prices higher in futures trade.
