Crude Oil Prices Fall Amid Ongoing Middle East Tensions

Stocks on Wall Street experienced mixed trading on Friday, while crude oil prices fell for the first time in a week. Despite ongoing heavy fighting in the Middle East that could impact global oil supplies, Brent crude declined by nearly 4% to settle at $96.78 per barrel after reaching $102 earlier in the week.

The S&P 500 index rose by 0.1%, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased by 0.5%. However, the Nasdaq composite fell by 0.6%, with all three indexes finishing the week lower.
