Danfoss Expands North American Supply Chain with Oil-Free Check Valve Production
Danfoss has launched production of oil-free check (OFC) valves at its Monterrey, Mexico factory. The move brings assembly closer to North American OEM customers and reduces delivery times in the region.
The OFC valve combines a ball valve style shut-off with a check valve, increasing capacity and efficiency in Turbocor-based systems while reducing discharge pressure drop.
The new range includes 12 models designed for use with Danfoss Turbocor oil-free compressors. These will be available in steel or solder flange versions, with or without ball valves, and in regular or compact sizes.
This expansion follows the 2025 extension of the product line, which aimed to cover different application requirements. North American assembly is intended to increase supply chain resilience for OEM customers using Turbocor compressors.
