Datacentrex Invests $30 Million in Eagle LNG Partners LLC

Datacentrex has made a significant investment in Eagle LNG Partners LLC (Eagle LNG), a vertically integrated producer of liquefied natural gas (LNG).

The $30 million investment was made through ELNG Equity LLC, the equity holding company of Eagle LNG. This acquisition gives Datacentrex 30 million Class A Common Units.

Eagle LNG has been producing and delivering LNG since 2017 and serves a contracted customer base across various end-markets, including space propulsion and marine bunkering.

The company's marine bunkering operations have completed over 700 successful ship-to-shore and ship-to-ship transfers without incident since 2018.
