Indraprastha Gas Ltd (IGL) has increased CNG prices in Delhi by Rs. 3.89 per kg, making the new price Rs. 86.98 per kg.
The hike is attributed to a sharp rise in international LNG prices due to the West Asia crisis and Strait of Hormuz disruptions.
CNG prices have also increased in adjoining cities like Noida and Ghaziabad, while piped natural gas (PNG) rates remain unchanged.
