Delhi CNG Prices Hike by Rs 3.89 Per Kg Amid LNG Price Surge

Compressed natural gas (CNG) prices in Delhi and neighboring cities will increase by Rs 3.89 per kg starting Saturday, August 29th, according to Indraprastha Gas Ltd.

The price hike is attributed to rising international liquefied natural gas (LNG) costs due to the ongoing West Asia conflict.

Indraprastha Gas Ltd noted that a significant portion of the raw gas used for CNG supply is sourced through imported LNG, and the increased spot market prices are taking a toll on their input gas cost.
