Delhi Silver Price Hits New High as Investment Demand Surges

Silver prices in Delhi have been steadily increasing over the past week, with the rate rising from Rs 2,350 per 10 gram on August 4 to Rs 2,550 by August 11, a gain of about 8.5%.

The current rate in Delhi is at the lower end of the two bands that silver trades in across major Indian cities, with the capital quoting Rs 2,550 per 10 gram alongside other northern cities like Mumbai and Kolkata.

On the longer chart, silver has come off its peak above Rs 40,000 per kg seen early in 2026 and has been trading in a Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000 per kg band throughout the year.
