Disney Reopens Signature Steakhouse with High-End Wagyu Option
Yachtsman Steakhouse at Walt Disney World has reopened after a 15-week closure for refurbishment. The restaurant, located near Crescent Lake, has introduced two new menu items: an American Wagyu New York Strip Steak priced at $83 and Black Garlic Fettuccine for $38.
The Wagyu steak is the centerpiece of the dish, with a loaded baked potato and brandy-peppercorn sauce. The preparation is similar to the existing Prime New York Strip, but the higher price point may be a deterrent for some diners.
The Black Garlic Fettuccine, on the other hand, offers a more approachable entrée option at $38. House-made pasta with mushroom conserva and black garlic cream adds a modern twist to the menu.
